Curriculum and Daily Schedule
The curriculum is specifically developed to offer a program that introduces children to basic skills, multicultural awareness and themes of high interest. It strives to teach and model strong character development, such as citizenship, responsibility, compassion, honesty, etc. as well basic Bible knowledge. This is always carried out with an awareness of the individual child it serves.
Class Descriptions
We provide a variety of classes to meet the needs of families in our community.
A child may attend any number of days as determined developmentally appropriate by the parent. If a teacher has concerns with an individual child’s readiness, the parent, director, and teacher will discuss what is best for the child, after a trial period of one month.
Registration fees for classes meeting one day a week is $25.00 per year. Registration for two or more days is $50.00 per year. Classes meet for children ages 21/2 years through 6 years.
The following classes will be offered during the 2005/06 school year.
- Ages 2 1/2 - 3
years
Class days will depend upon enrollment. Class will meet from 9:15- 11:15 am. Children may be enrolled for up to two days a week. $50 per day/month
- Age 3 by Sept 1
Class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00-11:30 am and 1:00-3:30 pm (time flexible). $100 per month
- Age 4 by Sept 1
Class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s from 9:00-11:30 am and 1:00-3:30 pm. $125 per month
- Age 5 by February 1
Class meets Monday through Friday from 9:00-11:45 am and 1:00- 3:45 pm. Younger children may attend this class with teacher recommendation. $185 per month
- Age 5 by Sept 1
Class meets Monday through Friday from 9:00 am –12:00 pm with option of bringing a sack lunch and continuing until 3:00pm. $200 per month or $400 per month
